Booking conditions

Arrival Departure

• Check-in: depending on the selected penthouse and time slot

• Check-out: depending on the selected penthouse and time slot

 

Smoking

• Skyhouse Penthouses are non-smoking. In order to maintain a friendly atmosphere and respect for other guests, please do not smoke indoors. In the event that we feel the presence of smoke in the room or in the room, a fee of 200 euros will be charged for air purification and restoration of the natural aroma.

 

Internal Rules of Procedure

• It is forbidden to disturb the peace of other guests with loud or inappropriate behavior, if these rules are violated, the staff may ask guests to leave the territory of the hotel or decide to contact the police;

• Skyhouse is not responsible for valuables left in the room or other hotel rooms.

• It is forbidden to light candles in the premises without prior approval (as well as to leave burning candles unattended). It is forbidden to bring or store flammable objects and substances in the hotel.

 

Pets

Pets are not allowed in Skyhouse Penthouses!

 

Cancellation

Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. If canceled up to 7 days before arrival date, 50% will be refunded. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival will not be refunded.

 

If the booking is made no later than 7 days from the date of booking, payment must be made within 24 hours.

 

If the booking is made later than 7 days from the booking date, payment must be made within 48 hours.

 

The booking date can be rescheduled up to 7 days before the date of an existing booking.

We are not responsible for items left or forgotten by you.
